Or, get close to Geese and throw him. As Geese gets up, use Burn Knuckle (Terry Bogard), Zan’eiken (Andy Bogard), or Slash Kick (Joe Higashi), which will knock Geese down. Every time Geese gets up, repeat one of those three moves (depending on the character you’ve chosen) until you win.

Fatal Fury 2 - Cheesing Wolfgang Krauser

Terry Bogard:

At the start of the fight, do a plane switch. From the opposite plane, do your plane-switching attack. Krauser will block the move and will also be stuck in standing blockstun, which allows you to walk up to him and throw him. Follow that up with a special move like Terry’s Power Wave as the CPU gets up and you’ll connect if your timing’s right. Alternatively, instead of a special move in Terry’s case, you can also follow up with standing C and then cancel into Burn Knuckle, Crack Shoot, etc. Repeat the entire strategy until you win.

Andy Bogard:

At the start of the fight, do a plane switch. From the opposite plane, do your plane-switching attack. Krauser will block the move and will also be stuck in standing blockstun. Walk up to Krauser and throw him. Each time Krauser gets up, spam Zan’eiken again and again until you win.

Get close to Krauser and do a standing light punch. Krauser will attempt to throw a high projectile. As soon as Krauser does this, do Joe’s slide. Repeat until you win.

At the start of the fight, do a plane switch. From the opposite plane, do your plane-switching attack. Krauser will block the move and will also be stuck in standing blockstun. Use Ryuenbu to knock Krauser down. Repeat the entire strategy until you win.

Kim Kap-Hwan:

Crawl towards Krauser by pressing and holding down-forward on your joystick, gamepad, etc. When you get close to Krauser while crawling, he will do a normal attack. When Krauser attacks you at that point, spam Hienzan (Charge Down, Up + Kick) again and again until you win.

Cheng Sin-Zan:

Be at least one full floor tile away from Krauser and spam Cheng’s projectile Kiraihou (QCF + Punch) so that it hits Krauser’s knees or lower. When you spam Kiraihou, Krauser will be in standing blockstun. However, if the projectile hits Krauser’s knees while he is in standing blockstun, he will take damage. Keep aiming Kiraihou at Krauser’s knees or lower until you win.

Jubei Yamada:

First, do a plane switch. Attack from the opposite plane, which will place Krauser in standing blockstun. While Krauser is blocking the plane attack, use your unblockable Dash Nihon Seoi command throw (Charge Back, Forward + Kick). Repeat the entire strategy until you win.

Big Bear / Raiden

Whenever and wherever possible, spam Big Bear’s Giant Bomb attack (Charge Down-Back, Forward + Punch), his dash move where he yells “Ready!” as he shoulder charges his opponent.

Fatal Fury Special - Cheesing Wolfgang Krauser

Note: These are the characters who are only player-selectable in Fatal Fury Special.

Billy Kane:

Being one of the only characters in this game who wields a weapon, Billy’s reach is significantly longer than everyone else’s. In other words, poke Krauser relentlessly. Also use Billy’s special move “Sansetsu Konchu Dan Uchi” liberally (Charge Back, Forward + Punch) because it reaches nearly the entire length of the screen and does a lot of chip damage.

Laurence Blood:

Every time Krauser throws a projectile or his super move Kaiser Wave, spam Laurence’s special move Bloody Cutter (Charge Down, Up + Punch):

Tang Fu Rue:

Spam your special move Senshippo (QCB + Punch), a punch that lunges towards the opponent. Think of Senshippo as his own version of Terry’s Burn Knuckle.
