Well, for a long time I was unable to play any of the DotEmu games, for the Stuttering problem in all my games, en Metal Slug, Twinkle star sprites, Pulsar, Raiden legacy etc...
I found a fix, at last it work for me and hopeful this work for other with this problems
*Update OR if you can Uninstall
1. Adobe Air
2. Adobe Flash
3. Adobe Sockwave
Problem solved for me.
