Hi there.
I just wanted to know if there is a roadmap or just a list of planned improvements for the game?
I think Smugglers 5 and Invasion have a lot of potential but if I have to be honest suffer from a lack of polish. For example the mission rewards are not balanced with each other, for example Strike Missions have a lot higher reward than Fleet battles even though you can face the same type or even stronger enemies during the battle. Also the combat system makes a lot of ship types useless once you progressed.
I know that the studio is rather small (1 person if you leave out artists) but I still wonder if there are plans to address this?
How about letting the community do some number crunching if enough people with the skill to do it can come together (sadly I am not really experienced with video game balancing) or opening the game up to modding in general (although thats probably something for Smugglers 6 with possibly a revamped engine).
