I have levelled up two times now. After each levelup I have tried to get a new skill in the skilltree, but the option "choose skill" is always greyed out and clicking on it doesn`t do anything. I tried it with every skill in the tree, but irt seems as if there is no way to get new skills. It`s extremely frustrating. The manual doesn`t help, it only says that I can choose a new skill after levelling up. Is this a bug? Or do I have to do something special that the game didn`t tell me?

The skill tree should popup when you have an available skill point. You get skill points when you are promoted, new rank, or receive a medal, but not ribbons. I know it isn't on every level up.

Ah, so what is a new level good for, when it doesn`t give you skill points?
