I have sensitivy set to 0 in-game but it is still too fast. PCgamingwiki says cofig files are under path-to-game\Data\HK options but there is nothing like it there.

if you still need an answer, mouse yaw should be set to a value of "2" as should aim yaw and overall mosue sensitivity. resorting to config edits likely won't help.
