Anyone else having trouble with their gamepad with the new Patch 1?

The Input setup at the startup dialog box picks up my d-pad movement only on Axis but not on Keyboard (right,left, etc.) yet it picks up my buttons. Very strange. Also, gamepad is greyed out in the game's control setup menu. This all worked in the last version. Any help would be appreciated. All my other games work fine.

A problem lots of people have with patch 1. For some reason only XBOX controllers work.

My Logitech F310 does not work out of the box... but it does with JoyToKey.

Here is the last free version, with a config file for Slain. So you can try if it works out of the box.
If not you have to config itself.

Just run JoyToKey, don't close it and start Slain.
Menu does not work right, so use the keyboard to start a game.
