I see the Steam version is Steam Deck verified with controller support. Is the GOG version as well? Do we get the same version/features? Thx.

As for Steam Deck I cannot say, but it appears that the answer is yes. The patch notes posted on the discord server don't distinguish between platforms, instead grouping them all together, like so:

What I can confirm is that controller support is implimented on the GOG version. Some have stated that the control layout is a little unintuitive, exacerbated because the layout is fixed on controllers. I would tend to agree, but it isn't difficult to become accustomed to. Mouse and keyboard is preferred if you are able.
In every other regard we receive the same balance patches, etc.
