Ritual went bye bye when Mumbo Jumbo bought them out?

The game is self-published by Ritual here on GOG. I think the relationship is a little complicated because MumboJumbo started as a sister company to Ritual, and now owns Ritual, but Ritual is still technically an active business according to the Texas business directory.
