Why isn't Sin Gold not available for installation in Galaxy right now ?

They haven't updated it yet with the required meta files and server information. There's a few games like that still. You can download and use the old setup file, but you can't import the installation into Galaxy yet. Should be soon, hopefully.

I send the other day a request to support for a official statement about this.

I received this today:
Hello,
we continue to work on making the few games available via Galaxy to install and download that are still listed as "not compatible", but I'm afraid that I cannot provide you with more information as to why specifically these games are unavailable, and I can't promise when we will be able to resolve this issue. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Still not sure why this isn't available as a download through Galaxy either. Been a gogger since before they launched Galaxy, and all my games except for this one and Lords of the Realm 1 were immediately available through Galaxy when it came out. Well Lords of the Realm eventually became compatible but here we are and SiN for some reason is still not supported :(
