I guess the first thing is to check your download of the installer is okay.

Filename: setup_sin_gold_2.0.0.9.exe
Size: 510 MB (535,212,320 bytes)

Now still in properties, go to Digital Signatures and select the GOG Limited option (the only one that should be there) then click on the Details button. A window should pop-up and if all is well it should say "This digital signature is OK."

One last check is to get the MD5 and SHA-1 hashes of the file. If you don't know how to do this then you can get a program like MD5 Deep (or there is MD5Checker but that only does MD5 and not SHA) which will tell you what the hashes are for the file. They should be as follows:

MD5: c441c8cc6ce5706366e98ab0e3d1ec6b
SHA-1: 51a1a07708424adf842bb165da24bc7082d3e644

If all of those match then the file you have is 100% correct. If any mismatch then you have a corrupted download and you'll need to re-download it. If it is still corrupted after trying a few times then contact GOG as it may be a server issue, but they will also probably make some suggestions for you to try downloading just in case the underlying issue is your connection or ISP or similar. The GOG downloader does checks on the files as it downloads, so that might help to get a correct file downloaded.
