Anyone have any idea where you can purchase a digital download of Simon The Sorcerer 5, or a physical version (would have to be UK for physical)

Cant find it anywhere and want to own them all, it's the only one I'm missing.

AFAIK the English version isn't available right now. They used to sell it in the Gamersgate, but then German company which made the game went bankrupt. I think Kalypso Media now owns the IP, but they haven't put in on sale.
