Other than the subtitles/speech issue, are there any differences between floppy and CD versions? Differences in terms of gameplay, puzzles, levels... etc?

Sorry for the late reply: I don't know if you're still interested but I've just read your question.

As far as I know, the CD release simply added voice acting and, later, Windows support. The original, floppy release was for DOS only.
I took a look around on the net, just to be sure, and couldn't find any evidence of differences in terms of gameplay.
