I've edited SC4's shortcut to force the game into a custom resolution (1600x900 in this case), which I know makes the game run in windowed mode. The issue is, edge scrolling doesn't seem to work in windowed mode.

Is there any way to get both edge scrolling and a custom resolution? I realize it's at most a nuisance, since there are plenty of other ways to move around the map, but I've been playing SimCity games for years and have gotten used to edge scrolling!
