Why can't I download it? Download is stuck on 73.4%
I did restart the download two times to no effect.
There is plenty of free space on the drive and other games work fine.

You should be seeing a big banner in your library linking you to the cause: https://www.gog.com/en/news/update_on_technical_issues_affecting_downloading_and_updating_games
