I have a Stadium placed. But I can't tell what area is best suited. Commercial, Mixed? If anyone has a link to what effect it has on a City I would appreciate it.

Any info on that.? I've never seen it.

It's only available through cheats. If you are interested, search for Simcity+3000+castle+cheat and you will find how to get it in the first few results of any engine.
