Can someone help me with this? The game explaines nothing. There is literally no option to build a powerplant. powerlines.... but not powerplant.

What am I missing? Is there some burried window? Because I can build roads and pipes and zones but therre is no powerplant option at all in the build window.

The manual has a walkthrough of the game menus.

You'll find the manual in the download section for the game in your account.

Hold the mouse button down on the powerlines button to activate a menu with other option. (Similarly, all the other building buttons have options like that.)
