Hi I have the CD version of the game and I might be getting it from GOG for digital version but most of mods use the BAT
Update which fixed all of the custom buildings to have nightlights return. and I was wondering if this update is implemented for this version?

I imagine this is the same version as found on Steam and Origin. I would venture to guess that the game is pre-patched to the latest version available from EA. I haven't tried it myself so I don't know for certain.

Depending on your feelings regarding Origin, you should be able to activate the CD-key for SimCity 4 on the service (if only to see for yourself if the patch is included).

I refuse to even make an account on origin due to their spying methods
