Downtown showing the Theme Park.

I know getting up about a good downtown is goofy. But I have had so many Cities on the edge of financial ruin that having a downtown that pays so much is a first for me. I can actually afford the City. I use railroad extensively and that ain't cheap.
Next start over and see if I can get a useful Subway System.
