Anyone else experiencing a major slow-down on performance when half the screen is filled with fire? Or has multiple disasters occurring? I can't find the right setting for Dosbox (if that will help any at all).
A good example would be the Barcelona Scenario.

Can anyone recommend a good setting to improve performance but still keep its ratio for Simcity 2000? Thanks.
