Hello,
I've tried to change the mayor name / the "exclusive property of" name in Sim City 2000. It doesn't work. I've tried to use a name change utility, I've used the loader.exe and it still says 'Sim City 2000 Mayor'.

I'm running Windows 11, 64-bit.
I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Get a hex editor. Make a backup copy of SC2000.DAT. Open original .DAT with the hex editor. Find Sim City 2000 Mayor and replace it with a name of your choice. Save changes.
