I recently purchased both SC4D and SC3kU here on GOG, however I'm having a few issues with both of them:

SimCity 4 Deluxe eidtion will not launch for me. I have tried both the custom launcher found on Simtroopolis.com and the advice page on modifying the parameters on GoG's own launch icon.
I'm running a 64 bit version of windows 10, with 64 GB of RAM, and a AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card. Looking for any advice on getting the game to run on my computer.

As for SimCity3kU:
SC3kU runs just fine, except for the fact that I cannot change the resolution beyond its default. There is no option to change the resolution. I've tried multiple fixes; from a custom python-driven script patch to going into the hex code of the .exe and changing the parameters myself. Still no dice. Thanks in advanced for any advice on either. I'd love to play these games again!

I managed to fix my issue with SC3kU:
All I had to do was add some modifiers to a shortcut witch forced the game into a higher resolution.

For those who may not know:
GoG's version of the game includes it's own launch icon. Adding something like -r1920x1080 to the target path outside of the quotation marks will put the game into 1920x1080. You can also find ways to skip the intro, force full screen or windowed mode. This game looks great in 1920x1080!

GOG also provides an alternate SC3U.exe which doesn't even your quite correct launch parameters
