Works specifically for the GOG version - tested and working for me. Apologizes if this has been posted already

I do not believe that "patcher" does what it advertises to do. Sure, you will end up with a Windows version of the game, but that's because those files are in the "patcher". It doesn't seem to do much to your DOS files other than delete them. It pretends to offer you a legal way to get that coveted Windows 95 version, but in reality you get a pirated and patched/hacked game.

I get what you mean but it does give you some of the advantages of the Windows version such as increased resolution. It's not a perfect solution by any means but given that so many of the GOG store reviews say "great game but this GOG's version is only DOS and the Win95 version is much better" this provides at least a partial solution.

The batch file does mostly delete files but the archive also comes with a Windows exe and files. And yes, it is an unofficial patch and I should have made that more clear in the post. To be honest, I don't have qualms about it being a hacked fix or being 'pirated'. Out of curiosity - is the Origin/EA version the Win95 version? If not then I see no 'issues' with this patch. The only semi-issue would be the exe/other game files if they're taken from the official Win95 version and even then I'm not really fussed. The more people that can play games the better - especially for one as old as this.
