I just bought the game from GOG and i was wondering how i could change the language of the game to dutch. The description says it's in dutch too.

You can indeed select Dutch as a language. This is done through the file language_setup.exe in the installation directory.
It can also be done with Gaxaly at the game page by going to More -> Other -> Language Setup.
