As told in others threads:
. Run good in win10.
. The very few remaining bugs (correct by fan mods) are not blocking.
. The worst is the configurator, but easily corrected.

I never had this problem, despite I don't use english keyboard:

Also, the game crashes somewhat frequently, especially on area transitions. Be sure to make frequent saves.
