Maybe im missing something, but i cant find out how to sell stuff.
Can only buy from NPC,s thus far and i coudnt find anything about selling excess items in the manual either.

you can't sell nether do you need to do it everything you pick up is something you want

and the only thing you can buy is food and ehm perhaps arrow can't remember that completly yeah and potions
