My virus program told me I had a virus in the Silen Storm .exe, and I removed it. I bought it a month ago and have only started it up once to see the menu.

Should I be worried?

I had the same when I tested anything other than Windows Security Essentials. The problem with those super-duper anti-virus clients, they have too many false positives and need to make noise in order to attrac buyers.

After two false positives I removed it and went back to the Security Essentials. IMHO the best anti-virus is in front of the PC.
