Hi there,

I can't go do change to the upper level (floor) or lower level (floor) because the mackbook doesn't have - [Num +] and [Num -].

Any solutions for this?

Can you click the buttons on the UI to change floors? It's the vertical bar next to the command icons on the bottom right.
