Hi
At least, I got it running.

You only need to download 3 files:
RICHTX32.OCX
MSCOMCTL.OCX
TABCTL32.OCX
Just google ´em.

Copy the File in your Silent Storm-folder: Silent Storm gold / Silent Storm
then install the tweaker in the same folder.

Should work.
