(1) I'm playing the axis campaign and my early missions are taking place in Germany (I just finished Hanover). The FAQ has these missions located in England. Is this difference just part of the games inherent randomness?

(2) The first time I played the German HQ mission I never got the clue indicator necessary for completion. I restarted the mission and saw the clue indicator right from the beginning. I reloaded the earlier play-though and the actual piece of paper representing the clue was not located in the spot it was supposed to be. Is this a common or unlikely bug?
