I'm really grateful this came out especially as quickly as it did after MG/MGS did. I think Konami is approaching being on board with GOG, but I'm carefully enthusiastic. Japanese publishers are notorious for being DRM lovers, and this is a huge step on their behalf.

I'm cautiously optimistic that we see a lot more Konami games on here, but we shall see. Will we just be a dumping ground for their old IP they no longer care about? Will Homecoming and Downpour come here? Will we see MGS 3/4/5?
I don't see them releasing anything that didn't already have a PC port here, so unless they decide to do a full scale remaster, games like MGS4 won't be here or anywhere on PC anytime soon. I do however think there's a solid chance the PC versions of 2 and 3 may appear in some form or another, even if the source code is kaput, these ports are lazy enough I don't think it would matter to them. It would be nice to be able to actually own the version of Silent Hill 2 I play most, even if that's because it's modded to the nth degree.

I would happily pay $9.99 a piece for SH 2 and SH 3, as long as they work out of the box on Win 10. Modding support is almost guaranteed with GOG.
