I’ve played a short bit of the opening, and I noticed the cutscenes audio and video are completely out of sync. This is notable at the end of the cold open, when the audio ends up cutting out partway through the video. The cutscene immediately afterward is even more blatant, as his dialogue doesn’t match up in those aspects, leading to lip sync that would put a bad martial arts movie dub to shame.

I also ran into this bizarre issue once or twice. Funnily enough, when I replayed that same section of the game with no changes after closing & re-opening the game, there were no more sync issues with the voice... but it randomly pops it's heads-up in other cutscenes for no discernable reason when everything else runs fine. Very weird issue.

UPDATE:Having played it for about 4h30 now, it's clear it's a very infrequent problem, but is still very baffling when it happens.

Ugh I'm having the same issue. The only thing that works for me is if I set it at the lowest or 2nd lowest resolution.
