I've been playing and enjoying the first mission for some time, and have planted 7 of 8 pieces of evidence needed to complete it. But I can't for the life of me discover where to plant the last piece.

Apparently I need to go to Jhosch St, and have traipsed around the radius of the objective marker for hours without success.

Can somebody please help solve my idiocy? Or have I encountered some kind of game-halting bug?

The markers are there to show which area to look in and are not exact positions.
Look a little bit to the north of the marker and you will find the right apartment.
