What to spend TP on?
Chapter 1: you'll need 33 TP for training, and scouts should have 30 in stealth to get effective with bow. The others should pump magic to 30 for decent mana/spell duration (fighter should use Hold). Also, you better hold on to some TP for the next chapter.
Chapter 2: lessons will cost 185 TP, and 15 PE is in demand for certain quests
Chapter 3: training costs 70 TP
Chapter 4: skills are there for 70 TP, AND you need 100 stealth continuously (so better have it in passive, without the Shadow spell, and a switch-gear is advocated)
Chapter 5: 135 TP can be spent on skills and spells
Chapter 6: mage training costs 135 TP, fighter 50, scout 85. The trainings are class-exclusive.

What to buy?
You don't have to buy anything. For chapter 1 the golden hauberk is a good deal though, if you want an armour upgrade.

What to sell?
Well, mostly nothing. At one poijt you'll need 1,000 gold, but that accumlates as you click on the bodies to loot (gold automaticaly transfers to your account this way, there's no gold to pick up).
If you want to sell stuff to buy stuff though, try to concentrate on rings, they are almost exclusively the item class which has a decent sale-rate.

WARNING FOR CONTAINERS: never stuff a container fully! The items will randomly re-arrange themsleves in the storeage, which can easily lead to items being lost to the void!

Do NOT speak (in Chapter 1) with Elazar (seer-mage) in south gate lvl 2 after Elarath (the trainer-mage) trusted you with finding the amulet! This might reult in the loss of TP.
