So, a normal pirate haven, upon visit, when you talk to the captain, you can convince him to send a group of pirates to raid a port of your choosing. A pirate haven though which belongs to a named pirate (like, say, Blackbeard for example), when you visit it, it says: either X pirate is at sea, or talk to X named pirate.

1) If you are lower ranked, he says: "I am ranked X place and you are not; leave before i give you the black spot.
2) If you find his treasure, he says: "You will regret etc etc".

My question is, just WHAT THE HELL HAPPENS, if you DON'T loot his secret treasure, you ARE higher ranked than him and THEN you go to have a talk with the buddy. This is the only thing i have never been able to do or try out. Please enlighten me. Is he supposed to go raid the target you want, or still drops the gauntlet on you?

Someone done that? It is the ONLY thing i haven't figured out in this game, lol...

If you are higher ranked, and have not raided a particular named pirate's treasure, you still have to beat him in combat before you can send pirates from that particular haven to attack a town.
