So I noticed the installation for this game( civ 4 complete) is in two parts ok, I can deal with that, I click on the part 1, pulls up the installer and says this message "Installer Files missing, please make sure you have downloaded all necessary parts. You will be asked for their location during installation. Integrity check will be skipped." I have NO idea what any of this means. And please note that I can not fix the problem myself because I am TERRIBLE, repeat TERRIBLE with computers so I will not be able to go into the files or anything. So I decide to start with part two of the download thinking that will work. Well when I do that after it gets done downloading it pulls up my media player for some bizzare reason ( instead of the actually installer). I never had any problem back when I owned the disk so I have no idea what's going on.

So did you open the part1of2 file after you download the part2of2 file to the same location?

Ok, so like for another game with an installation consisting of multiple parts : Witcher 2, the game appears as follows in your account (see attached image).
If I wanted to install it, I would click on each of those 13 files on the left, and download all of them to the same folder. Then, in that folder I would open the first (part 1 of 13) file. That will then trigger the installer, which will then use the other files in the folder to install the game.

I don't quite understand it still, so I click on part 2 (there's only two parts for this game) And I'm supposed to put it in a folder then with part 1 open that folder correct? Well when I click part two it says save or open. I hit open, it downloads, then pulls up my media player for some reason. How do I save part two to a file? (Please note that I am not good with computer so all this folder stuff is terribly confusing for me.

Click "Save" instead, for both files, in order to download them to your hard drive. Part 1 and Part 2 must be downloaded to the same folder (if you just click Save and Accept without touching abything else they willl be in the same folder). After you have diwnloaded the two files, double click in Part 1 to open the installer and follow the instructions.
Thank you both, thanks to your advice I got it installed.
