Hello! So recently i bought this game on GoG after my old copy kinda went missing. I turned the language inside of the game to German, as its my mothertongue, but sadly the brilliant voice acting of the tech quotes guy still is in English. They are still good, but I really miss the German one.

So I wanted to ask if there is any way of getting him back, as there seems to be no trace in the files of his beatiful voice.

The language setting changes the interface's language, but the quote audio files will remain in the language in which the game was initially installed.

What I don't remember, because it's been years since I last installed it, is if the GOG installer allows the option to choose language before installation.

Assuming this topic concerns Civilization IV, then the answer is Yes it does. (Civ III is only available in English.)
