I'm trying to figure out why the compabiilty mode for Civ 3 (gog version) cannot be changed. Optiions are greyed
out, and locked. I've never seen that before. By default it's set to:
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Disable Visual Themes
Disable Desktop Composition
Dislable Display Scaling on high DPI
I'm experiencing a lot of crashes and graphic glitches with these settings, something I don't experience with the Steam version, which does not have these settings applied.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.
