Anyone knows if the GOG version includes Civilization IV: Colonization Patch v1.01f?

GOG and Steam always include the latest official patches, for all games.

Not always true since Steam usually gets the updates sooner. However, the updates eventually appear on GOG. With respect to Colonization, all the patches should already be included.

The game was released in 2008 (2009 for the Mac). There was only ever one patch. Games that are in active development are a different story.
