Just installed Civ 3 Complete. Tried to open editor and get error - Cant find Civ 3 Conquest, make sure you installed right??? How do I get it to work?

I just opened my Civ3Edit file and it worked just fine (though I have not actually used it yet). Perhaps it matters what folder the files are in ... ?

Run the editor as administrator.

The GOG version comes with three different editors. Of these, the best can be found at "...\Civilization III Complete\Conquests\Civ3ConquestsEdit.exe". It is important to open this as an administrator to avoid ~30 error messages and missing textures.

Part of the advantage of this version is that it includes not only options for capture the flag (introduced in PTW), but also the governments Fascism and Feudalism (introduced in Conquests) in the default rules.
