Hello all,

I realised this forum does not yet seem to have a multiplayer specific thread. I very much am interested in the challenge of playing SMAC against humans and am looking for interesting 1v1's by e-mail at a pace of a few turns a day. Would anybody be interested and up to the challenge? I am looking for the sort of player who knows the inns and outs and has some foul tricks.

Perhaps this thread can be a general purpose one for finding people. (Like the one at the alpha centauri forums elsewhere.)

Currently I am on a break between games, but there are so few people playing the game I thought I would advertise in advance. I am also turning my 1v1's into a YouTube series, I hope that is not a problem.

is there a way to play with out portforwarding ? a lobby would be nice does GoG offer a multiplayer lobby?
