I've just discovered that SMAC and SMAX, perhaps unsurprisingly, have manuals. Sadly my disk copy of the game doesn't include them, either physically or as scans. Does the manual contain any important information which a player of Civilisation (3 and 4) wouldn't know already or pick up easily enough, and if so can I get it anywhere?
