Hi,

When starting the game it is asking for the CD. Is it safe to ignore the question or does this interfere with the game play ?

I seem to remember that some games did start without a CD inserted, however the gameplay was altered that later in the game it was impossible to winm hence my question.

I have the CD version instead of the GOG version, but I assume it's the same.

Just press 'Okay' and you don't miss any features - all cutscenes play, no gameplay is altered and everything works as designed.

Never had that issue with GOG's version. Have the CD version as well and it plays perfectly fine with a full install and no CD in the tray.
