King of Cards? Showdown? March was the "last chance sale", April was the supposed deadline, which got delayed again.

Seeing that there is another game they are publishing, is it safe to assume that those two, became vaporware, or something?

So... I was told that today, December 10th, King of Cards and Showdown were to be released on PC. I have also seen another sight that said they were released 15 hours ago in the US...

But I'm still not seeing them. When they are released, how long does it take before they show up?

GOG is honestly slow to get updates so I don't know if I would even expect it today at all.

The price has also been updated to $39.99. Thank god I got it earlier this morning. Sad that I missed the sale it had in May this year for 50% off but still $25 aint bad.

Yes. Just saw that it updated! So glad. I did get this game on sale back in May and am sooooo thankful that I did so. Great investment.

How does one activate the "King of Cards?" After I updated the game and launched it, the title card still says: "Treasure Trove." Is the King of Cards hidden in a menu option?

When you start a new game, you have the option of playing the original game or any of the expansions. Showdown is right there on the main menu though.

It looks like to play King of Cards, one has to create a new profile to select the King.

Yes that is correct because they are seperate games.

But that was already the case for the other "campaigns" Plague Knight and Specter of Torment

Why is this a problem all of a sudenn ?

Does anyone know if the 4.0A "hotfix" changes anything? It's not mentioned in the changelog.
