I keep having the movies and UI flicker on me and when I try dgVoodoo there's this annoying issue where my mouse cursor keeps flickering even though it stops the screen flicker. Help?

Same here, running Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit)

Can't use dgVoodoo's scanline feature anymore unfortunately though. =/
Also, the screen flashing flashes only half the screen, which looks kinda weird.
