Just got Shogo the other day and I've been having fun with it! However, the mouse is a little shaky at times, particularly when turning around at moderate-fast speeds. I've been playing around with the mouse smooth setting in the game options, but can't find a sweet spot to get rid of the jitter that I experience from time to time. With no smoothing, it feels very rigid and diagonal movement is rough, but even with the maximum smoothing, the controls feel a little rough.
The in-game sensitivity is at its lowest setting, although set to 1800 DPI outside the game. Still feels very fast.
blows off the dust

Did you ever resolve this? I have a similar issue in Win7 with my Logitech G100s. Aiming is also just inconsistent all around.

edit: After some fine tuning I finally got it smooth enough to tolerate.
