When I run the game titles in the menu doesn't appear ... menu looks like this :

Provide more details, such as what OS/hardware do you have, what (if anything) you have already tried, what settings are you using in the game, etc.

(though if I recall correctly it had something to do with graphic settings... try different compatibility modes and if nothing helps:)

I had the same problem, disabling V-sync helped.

You might also need to do this along with disabling vsync
Try limiting the max FPS.
Open the game -> start a session -> press '~' -> maxfps 55
