Using voodoo wrapper is simple
Back in my day, we said to people; RTFM

First, download
dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2_54.zip

Open The ZIP

MS > Copy all dll's > Go to the shogo directory

For me it's
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Shogo - Mobile Armor Division because I use GOG Galaxy

then paste all the dll's there.

Then, launch the game, go to display, select Lithtech D3D Renderer (d3d.ren)

for displays select dqVoodoo Direct X Wrapper

And set the resolution to 1920x1080x16

Enjoy the game!

So it seems Shogo has really screweed up my windows 10 settings, like locking the color mode to 8Bit color depth, and doesnt allow me to change it no matter what i do, in windows.
None of this works for me in Windows 10.

I'm using an Alienware 17 R3 with nVidia GTX 980M and also Intel integrated GPU.

When I try to run the game from the launcher, I just get a little black window that closes, and that's it.

What resolution did you select in the setup menu?

Gamer7983: Has anyone got SHOGO to be fullscreen and run more than 15 FPS on Windows 10? I just want to give up and buy Galak-Z for my anime robot action instead.

jpeppe: use dgvoodoo wrapper: http://dege.freeweb.hu/
That's a Hungarian website, which tells me there's probably a rootkit associated with that piece of software.

There's got to be a better siolution than relyhing on an out of country third party hack.

Dege's reputation goes back to 2003 at least. If he wanted to do something malicious why wait 16 years?

But I'm sure your security approach of "I'll only consider what TLD something is hosted at" is just as valid as critical thinking /s.

All of them I think lol
I've been trying to get Shogo to run in windows compatibility mode 95 and 98 but neither work and I keep getting this message. Does anyone know whats causing the problem and how to fix it?
