So how many times did you guys say screw it and shoot the commander. Random bystander at the beginning in the face? I think it took me about 5 new game starts to Not kill half the people on the first level before actually playing the game.
This is not a problem for me unique to Shogo:
I simply don't have the heart to shoot or hurt the good guys.

Addendum: Or even the mediocre guys.

That type of thing used to entertain me when I was younger, but no longer does. Its not that I feel bad about killing the good guys or anything. After all, Its only a game. I just don't have any fun doing it anymore, so I don't. I will always fondly remember being slaughtered by Max in Jedi Knight though.
Because she was an available target, and I was trying to show a friend the game's aesthetics in a hurry, I shot the lady who refused to give you alcohol in the mess hall.
It was... kind of amusing, actually. *smiles* I still didn't catch what snarky comment the lead character makes when you do that, and I'm again not sure I have the heart to do it again unless I'm just trying to show off the game.
Yeah I did it a few times, trying to fight off the guards etc.
If I find myself showing off the game again in the future, I'll probably have to do this again, just to demonstrate the odd sense of humor of the creators.
