Thanks for posting. I had bought the uncensored version from JASTUSA store but I realise that GOG or steam are probably better places to get it and then apply the patch. JASTUSA only has the windows installer, whereas here you get linux and macosx as well.

Wait, it is censored on GOG? Why? GOG most certainly does not force them to do so.
And in that case, why is the 18+ DLC missing?

In fact GOG is forcing them to do so. HuniePop ist censored on GOG as well - both can easily be uncensored but they are not out of the box. You also won't get the uncensored artbook on GOG.

So Steam is more liberal, by allowing the Patch as a DLC? Americans less sexually inhibited than a european company?

Problem is that GOG also sells to US people and GOG always tried to be as careful as possible not to offend anybody. Hey, you can get Hatred on Steam ... not on GOG ... guess why ;)

Steam actually has a very strong no censoring policy. They are allowing basically everything. GOG is a curated store and people expect GOG to sort out what's best for them. I know that it is not what we would like it to be but that's the way it is. There was a short moment when Steam started to reject VNs and GOG was happy to take those that are suitable beyond 18 as well. Steam however reverted their decision and yes, at the moment they are selling uncensored stuff when GOG is not. I wish it would be different. At least the 18+ patch is not bis and can be downloaded for free.

It's 2.5GB and the readme explains how to install it for GOG.

It seems as if the archive to download is broken. I downloaded it multiple times with identical content, but 7zip says "CRC error" for sprites.rpa.

Still, the DLC seems to work. Maybe just some pixels of an image will be wrong.

It's disappointing GOG makes us jump through hooks. I'd much rather buy mature games here because I don't want younger family members seeing these titles when I use Steam's family library sharing.
