In playing Sherlock Holmes versus Jack the Ripper, the slide puzzle in the pup keeps freezing. The tong cursor continues to move, but the puzzle pieces do not slide, I can't close the screen, and nothing happens when I press the ESC key.

I've restarted the computer, but that didn't help.

Suggestions?
